A Short Mantra
July 10th, 2007
As I gather research for my upcoming posts, I thought I’d share a short meditation I use quite often to remind myself of what’s really important.
Repeat three times:
I am love, I am peace, I am harmony.
Love I am, peace I am, harmony I am.
Take a deep breath, exhale slowly and go give someone a hug!
“If you want to know me, look inside your heart.” -Tao Te Ching #70

I love this mantra, angela.
I’m definitely going to use it. By the way, I’m adding you to my links on my site. You’ve got me hooked.
Peace,

I really enjoyed your site and appreciate your work. I practice Ananda Marga Meditation and your thinking seems to be in line of mine. Keep up with your path. Harideva
