I would suggest looking into the UK TETRA system which the police use to communicate and seems similar to the ground antennas you’ve discussed in North America….

I have been following LESS-than-lethal(LTL) technologies for many years, and while on the surface they can appear to be a “better” alternative to lethal force, the use of less-lethal tech may just create more opportunities for the powers-that-be to attack the populace. For example, the use of taser guns by police officers.

I managed to find out who manufactures the emergency notification system that I recently encountered. It was made by a company called Federal Signal Corporation(http://www.federalsignal.com/). That specific device is called the “Modulator.” What a name, huh?

I do welcome the use of non lethal weaponry, as I believe that one life lost is one life too many. I find the idea of HAARP and “Weather Weapons” deeply disturbing as we’re messing with a system that we really don’t understand all that well n the long term. This’ll come back and bite everyone, we’ve messed the environment up enough already!

I first heard a rumour of mind control years ago in Britain, where the UK government allegedly stopped a riot by putting chemicals in the water, I’ll see if I can find out more details.

I wonder if they realise that if you have to resort to mind control, maybe you’re missing an important message?
