Hawaii UFO

Seems similar to what I saw in the sky just before last month’s earthquake.

Here’s a deceptively simple question: What do you think it is, and why do you think it was there?
A very good question. If you read my preceding posts on this subject, you’ll see when I saw something similar to this was just before the earthquake/hurricane fizzling out. In my heart of hearts I think it’s something military, but I can’t know for sure or what it is exactly.
Hi Angela,
I watched the vid. The scientist said jet contrails? Don’t mean to be funny, but I’ve seen jet trails before, that didn’t look like jet trails to me.
Very interesting and backs up a line thought I’ve been having about scientists sometimes handing out their explanations as guesses and arguments from authority.
Rich.
Hmmm… I think that the interesting thing is that even if the scientist DID believe that the UFO was military, extraterrestrial or of some other unconventional origin, chances are he wouldn’t have said so in this setting. …but I don’t see anything controversial about calling it a UFO: It is an object…that was flying…and is unidentified!
The problem is that scientists, rather than actually giving their opinion, often feel as if they are obligated to *represent* the accepted body of orthodox scientific knowledge. There is plenty of professional social pressure to account for this. So, if his explanation is ridiculous, I would sooner blame the *business of science*, rather than the scientist himself.
