		<description>It was nice to find your blog.  So many different paths to the same spot.  If we can live in the present, there are no worries or regrets, no fears or resentments.  I am constantly focusing on being in the moment.  If I get out of my own way it IS easy as you mentioned in the post.  It does take daily practice.  Thanks for the reminders.  I also like what you said about &quot;it&#039;s all good.&quot;  I wrote a post called, &quot;All is Well,&quot; which is similar.  I&#039;d love your feedback on that post or any that call to you. I like the forceful true statements that just run out in little semi linked order. Sort of the way my mind maps it too. It does not make one explainable point but rounds it up enough to get a glimpse of.</description>
