The Electric Universe, Psychedelic Wormholes and the Spiders on Mars

Plasma, or ionized gas, is often referred to as the fourth state of matter and is defined as an “assemblage of charged particles called electrons and ions that react collectively to forces exerted by electric and magnetic fields”. It is said to make up more than 99% of the visible and non-visible universe.

The sun and other stars are made up of plasma, as is the solar wind. And what used to be thought of as the emptiness or void of space, the interplanetary, interstellar and intergalactic mediums, is now known to be filled with it. On earth, plasma is found in various products such as plasma TV displays, fluorescent lamps and neon signs, as well as in various natural lightning phenomena, the ionosphere, and the polar aurorae.

First identified in our era by Sir William Crookes in 1879 and named thusly by Nobel Laureate Irving Langmuir in 1929, plasma’s complexity continues to baffle much of the scientific world. Among the first scientists to research plasma physics in our modern era are notables Kristian Birkeland and later, Hannes Alfven, who coined the term Plasma Universe and won a Nobel Prize for his efforts in 1970. Though the subject is still full of controversy, there are now many, many research institutes working on this new wave of scientific thought. Some alternative researchers insist that plasma physics has still not been fully utilized and understood in terms of its relevance to cosmology. So much so, apparently, that the Los Alamos site on the Plasma Universe includes this disclaimer. But it is sure to be the focus of enormous research this century. This site writes, “Gravity was the focus of 20th century astrophysics. For the 21st century, it will be electromagnetism and plasmas in addition.”

Check out the video called Thunderbolts of the Gods, which explains this enlightening piece of the great puzzle of existence. The Thunderbolts Project is involved in raising awareness of the Electric Universe, which opens up radical new lines of thought in terms of cosmogony, chaos theory and theoretical and quantum physics – essentially the very origins and nature of our reality itself. However from this lively debate on Wikipedia regarding inclusion of the material on its site, one can infer that the discussion is far from over (though as the final word points out, this article on Comet Holmes’ recent activities may change that).

I found several highly interesting posits from the Electric Universe crowd. One, that it’s actually electric charge emanating from comets, not cosmic dust per the old ‘dirty snowball’ idea, that we can see as they fly through space. The Electric Universe theory seeks to knock conventional scientific theory surrounding the mystery of comets altogether to its knees. Another involves the suspicious fractal filamentary designs, such as Lichtenberg figures, indicating possible electric discharges in locations commonly thought of as being impact craters on the moons and planets in our solar system, like the spiders on Mars – including perhaps even Tungusta, which I have long suspected had more to do with an electromagnetic display of some sort, ala Tesla, than the meteor theory that is more widely accepted.

Orthodox science takes a very long time to allow such paradigm shifts to trickle down into all the various disciplines. Quantum physics shattered science decades ago and its reverberations are still being accounted for to this day. Plasma physics may well indeed follow up on this rupture in conventional theory, altering our understanding of the universe in ways we cannot yet imagine.

Going even further out onto the fringe, the metaphysical reverberations will also undoubtedly take their sweet time. After over thirty years, The Tao of Physics is still making its rounds. On the other hand, alternative theorists are already discussing such radical ideas as the effect of our coming 2012 alignment with the galactic plane on consciousness, and perhaps even dimensional shifts, like some kind of psychedelic wormhole in spacetime. The fact that known ‘mind control’ technologies work by changing electromagnetic fields must lead us to at least consider that other ‘natural’ electromagnetic displays in our universe may influence us at the very base of our existence as well.

We are, in truth, all electric entities, resonating and reverberating with our environments on a level we perhaps do not completely understand; theories surrounding the Schumann resonance are a good example. My own eclectic experience with energetic thought patterns, energetic healing such as chi gung, even our Buddha-natures and the very concept of the Tao itself, as an energetic and perhaps even electric field which encompasses all of creation, has me wondering if all of this may well slide science that much closer to spirit – for some of us, anyway. We may phrase things differently than the ancients, but somehow, they intuited truths that science is still working to ‘discover’. I believe there are clues out there, both in science and in the fringes of metaphysics, that we might pay attention to as we slide ever and more quickly closer to the changes that are to come.

Mind Wars: Ethics and Spiritual Ramifications of Neuroscientific Technologies

Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds.” - Bob Marley

Mind control and other emerging neuroscientific technologies and weaponry constitute a frightening aspect of the future we presently inhabit. When one considers potential spiritual ramifications, as perhaps not all researchers and reporters do, it becomes clear that at the very least, awareness is crucial. The only question that remains is what we can do about it.

Information is not the problem. Even if we have access to only the tip of the iceberg in terms of what has been released to the public, one can write books on it. Recently, one person did; last year Dr. Jonathan Moreno, a bioethicist, published Mind Wars: Brain Research and National Defense. Granted, as a former government advisor on biodefense, and child of another Dr. Moreno, a psychiatrist known for his own questionable psychotherapeutic endeavors including human experiments with LSD in the ’50s and ’60s, one does wonder at his motives. Especially interesting is that he made a point of insisting he went as far as he could in his research (though he admits he hit a few brick walls in terms of what certain people and agencies were willing to divulge about military uses for the technologies), and then proclaimed he was ‘no conspiracy theorist’ to the extent that he didn’t quite believe the stories of people who claimed to have been victims of CIA-led mind control experiments and torture. That there are secrets too big to contain? Poppycock. In the name of national security (and perhaps threats to family, etc.) any and all can be kept quiet. Make no mistake about that.

His refusal to believe the disturbing stories is strange especially since in the ’90s, he worked on a presidential advisory committee investigating secret human radiation experiments by the US Government since the 1940s. It was during that time he learned of the CIA’s interest in LSD and other brain-altering methods – and still, in his own words, “it took the better part of another decade for me to achieve the insight that let to the idea behind this book: If national security agencies had so much interest in how the relatively primitive brain science of the 1950s and 1960s could help find ways to gain a national security edge, surely they must be at least as interested today, when neuroscience is perhaps the fastest growing scientific field, both in terms of numbers of scientists and knowledge being gained.“ (p.3) If it took someone so deeply involved in the subject matter ten years to begin questioning the ethics of new neuroscientific technologies, it does beg the (perhaps conspiratorial) thought: maybe we really are under some kind of mass hypnosis of non-knowing. Asleep we are, whilst wizards wage war right under our noses…or perhaps, behind them.

On the other hand, at least he’s bringing up the subject and beginning a dialogue on the disconcerting topic of ethics in regard to the use of these little-understood systems. He suggests that these new technologies may warrant consideration for new rules, policies, standards and treaty obligations. Dr. Moreno found it “amazing” that no one had yet analyzed the relationship between brain science technology and national defense. Personally I’m not surprised. These agencies don’t want their secrets out; that’s what national security is all about. Information is kept divided between multiple scientists and studies, the right hand never knowing what the left one is doing. However I might add, if it’s being tested, or worse, full-out used on our own population, we surely have the right to question the ethics and demand standards; but we may never really know if they would be adhered to, because the technologies themselves (many of which likely will never be declassified) could help to keep us in a state of denial or non-knowing or even not-caring. The capabilities of these technologies, even what little we know of them, can be frightening. It’s like a science fiction/horror movie come to life. And some of them are coming to a neighborhood near you.

Much of the information available comes from DARPA, which Dr. Moreno reminds us is not an espionage outfit but a science agency, and is involved with development of “dual use” neuroscientific technologies valuable to both civilian commerce and national security. Apparently there was no way to know for sure whether the CIA or other espionage agencies were also researching brain sciences, since that would remain ‘black’, or secret, explains Dr. Moreno. However what we do know seems disturbing enough to start with, if I may suggest.

Certainly one is encouraged at the idea that robotized limbs might prove useful to amputees and paralysis victims. This article about electric fields being used against cancer tumors is also interesting. However “dual use” does raise Terminator-like concerns. Move over, Bionic Woman. Imagine an army of robots, Asimov-style; or perhaps, an army of soldiers with implanted neural prostheses. A recent article informs us that the Pentagon is working on what could be the first phase of this idea by implanting chips in our soldier’s brains; do you believe they intend only to monitor their health, when we already know about Dr. Delgado’s behavior control experiments with monkeys and bulls? Long range, electronic control of animals is already a proven ability. The Augmented Cognition program, or AugCog, is an interesting offshoot of this concept, involving human-systems integration.

Psyops, or psychological operations, reportedly began sometime after World War II, first involving low-tech propaganda such as leaflets. Research into paranormal phenomena such as remote viewing followed in the 1970s with studies at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). Dr. Moreno touched on experiments with neuropharmaceuticals, Manchurian-candidate style. Psychotronic weapons, such as electromagnetic radiation or ELF (extra-low frequency) waves and other Tesla technologies, have proven interesting since the 1970s to the Soviet and the Chinese military, among others, and were mentioned in the Space Preservation Act of 2001 along with other ‘exotic weapons’ such as chemtrails. Such technologies are known to be able to influence the psychological states of humans from great distances. fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imagery) technology could identify at a distance individuals with increased blood flow to the brain, thereby suggesting they might be prone to aggressive behavior. Imagine such use at airports, for example. Fortunately, as Dr. Moreno points out, a big problem here is a giant magnet like that would suck everyone up along with their jewelry and belt buckles! Unfortunately, it seems they are working on a way around that problem; Project Hostile Intent was reported just a few days ago in The Guardian, planned implementation being 2012. The brain fingerprinter is another development causing many to worry that the military can, or is trying to, actually read our minds, and the issue of cognitive liberties is aptly noted. I don’t think George Orwell would be very surprised.

Other DARPA programs such as PDS (Preventing Sleep Deprivation) and “Metabolic Dominance” promise enhanced abilities for soldiers, involving pharmaceuticals. Artificial intelligence programs such as LifeLog, now defunct, sought to artificially store memories and experiences; today, the Advanced Soldier Sensor Information System and Technology (ASSIST) seeks that very goal in combat situations. There’s also talk of altering soldiers’ neural circuits to lessen fear and stress. Transhumanism seems to many a natural evolution of our species; to others, the very death of it. Here the issue of spirituality seems quite threatened, in my opinion. Where does one draw the line, and where might spiritual individuality or awareness become lost? Visions of Star Trek’s Borg are marching through my head.

Non-lethal weapons are fast becoming the talk of the war room. The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program (JNLWP), part of the US Marines, defines non-lethals as, “weapons that are explicitly designed and primarily employed so as to incapacitate personnel or materiel, while minimizing fatalities, permanent injury to personnel, and undesired damage to property and the environment.” The Pentagon, among others, is interested in technologies that have use in “Operations Other Than War” (OOTW). Crowd control, hostage rescue, and capture of criminals or terrorists are named as such situations. Acoustic devices are among those which have caught my attention. Hypersonic sound (HSS) was first developed by a genius inventor called Woody Norris, about whom the New York Times Magazine did a fascinating story in 2003. This device can aim sounds at individuals or groups, at debilitating volumes, without affecting surrounding people or areas. LRADs (Long Range Acoustic Devices) are already in use by the military, used as information and warning devices. HIDAs (High Intensity Directed Acoustics) are more aggressive, like ’sonic bullets’, creating intense pain and vomiting. Trapped in Matter’s blog recently commented on an emergency warning device going up in downtown Chicago; he took a picture of it, and it resembles our upgraded tsunami-warning sirens here in Hawaii, which I took some shots of yesterday. Also check out this crazy picture; we have these towers here too, purportedly cell phone towers, but in Phoenix they are disguised as palm trees! These devices are going up rapidly all over the place. It doesn’t take much imagination to understand they probably have more than one use. Certainly HAARP, which uses electromagnetic radiation to influence the Schumann resonance, and thereby our own bodies and weather systems, comes to mind, no pun intended. For more information on this technology, which is now fully operational worldwide, I suggest starting with HAARP.net or Jerry Smith. There’s enough about that to warrant the many books already written about it.

Stinkbombs, or malodorants, are another area of research. Recently in the news is the new flashlight weapon, called the LED Incapacitator, which flashes lights that make you disoriented and nauseous. Nanotechnology is also rapidly progressing; who knows the implications of that yet. Perhaps most concerning is technology, such as the so-called “Frequency Fence” which supposedly cuts of an individual’s connection with their higher self, and the Holographic Insert, which can made three-dimensional objects (alien invasion? Second coming? 9/11?) appear in the sky. I could find a lot of rumors about those but not much substantive information. What I could find is evidence that there are proven capabilities to inject words and/or images directly into people’s minds. See MindJustice for more on this.

Dr. Moreno ends his book by recommending these technologies remain within the realms of both academic and military research, so that the ethics of their uses can be controlled; but remember he did admit there is evidently quite of bit of secret research going on that even he couldn’t find out about. ‘Informed consent’ is another of his recommendations for human experimentation; yeah, that’ll happen. As if our government even abides by the Geneva Convention anymore.

So what to do? It’s easy to become fearful, that’s for sure – and yet we must be careful NOT to fall into that trap; fear has a certain frequency of its own, and spiritual awareness, not to mention love, is far more difficult in that state. There are several places to find out more and/or get help if you believe you’ve been a victim; check out Center for Cognitive Liberty and Ethics, the American Cognitive Liberties Association, or even Christians Against Mental Slavery. But aside from that, here are a few practical recommendations. Take care not to consume too many food additives or chemicals; these can and do alter the brain, perhaps even resonating in concert with some of the technologies mentioned above. Take some time to connect with your higher power; whether through prayer, meditation, music, yoga, tai chi, art, sports, or whatever works for you. Just find and maintain a higher consciousness as best you can.

Finally, I’d like to end with a little telling test of hope.

Point to yourself.

That’s right; point to yourself.

Where did you point? In my experience I’ve found that most people place their finger or hand on their chest or heart, rather than their head. And this is a good thing. It tells me that what makes us us, our I AM so to speak, resides not in our brains but somewhere else. The essence of our spirit, and I believe we are spirit beings riding around temporarily in physical bodies, is connected to and resonates with a certain frequency that could remain outside the purview of our military if we simply know and practice this awareness. And TUNE IN to the frequency of LOVE. This seems simple and obvious but can actually be the most difficult thing to do, considering all the non-love we get bombarded with every day.

So am I horrified at these new technologies? Yes. Am I afraid? No. Don’t stick your head in the sand; and yet, don’t let them rule your life or get you down. I believe it’s simply part of what is meant to happen, before we can take ourselves to the next level of being – or frequency. Our present dimension is not the end, nor is it the only one; quantum physics can teach us that already. What the powers-that-be may not realize is that they are increasing our awareness and understanding of the frequency of being to the extent that many more of us may indeed be able to escape their control one day. I personally have had the experience, in mediation, of touching a higher place (certainly I’m not the only one, either); I’m not going to preach to you about heaven, but I do believe in higher dimensions and our ability to get to a place where love rules the day. Can’t prove it, but I’ve been there, and I plan on going back as soon as I can pass on the info to a few more souls.

So keep the faith. All is not lost – not by a long shot.

Your mind should be in harmony with the functioning of the universe; your body should be in tune with the movement of the universe; body and mind should be bound as one, unified with the activity of the universe.” -The Art of Peace

Cosmic Perturber?

Does our sun have a sister star? In his 2005 book Lost Star of Myth and Time, author and amateur archaeo-astronomer Walter Cruttenden pushed the envelope of accepted astronomy when he theorized that our own Earth is part of a binary star system. Cruttenden’s video based on that book, The Great Year, narrated by James Earl Jones, is an excellent summation of this theory. As Executive Director of the Binary Research Institute, Cruttenden continues to research “evidence of astronomical cycles of time known to cultures throughout the ancient world. It is Cruttenden’s belief that the myth and stories depicting a repeating cycle of Golden Ages and Dark Ages may have a basis in fact, due to the alternating stellar forces that affect Earth as our solar system moves in a 24,000-year binary (dual star) orbit.”

The Great Year references the 24,000-26,000 year cycle of time during which our solar system completes its precession through the equinoxes. Generally considered to be more important to astrologers than astronomers, there is evidence that many ancient cultures were aware of precession – which suggests that not only is civilization is far older than is now accepted, but that awareness of this cycle may be more relevant than we presently understand. According to Cruttenden, we are mid-way along in the cycle, apsis having been around 500 A.D. and periapsis not expected until 12,500 A.D. He suggests our very consciousness is affected by where we are along the path, “Both the ascending and descending cycle are made of four “ages” analogous to the four seasons: the two poles are the dark age or winter of man, called the iron age by the Greeks and Kali yuga by the Indians; and the age of enlightenment or summer of man, called the Golden age or Satya yuga…”

Cruttenden theorizes that this vast cosmic cyclical dance between our sun and its supposed sister, a distant and probably very dim brown dwarf, is what actually causes the precession of the equinoxes and our elliptical amble around the heavens. I found it most interesting that the math surrounding our planetary wobble can be explained and simplified if a sister star is part of the equation. A similar theory has been suggested by Richard A. Muller; this binary sister is also known as Nemesis or the Death Star, whose cycle of destruction is counted in the millions of years.

When I considered a theory about a rogue member of our solar system, the first thought I had was about Planet X. Could this sister star be Zecharia Sitchin’s Nibiru? Sitchin talks in terms of a 3600-3700 year cycle for Nibiru, however, which is at odds with the 24,000-26,000 precession (the natural harmonic ideal from quantum math is 25,920 years); also according to Cruttenden this sister star is about as far away as it can get at the moment. One researcher, Burak Eldem, wrote a book 2012: Appointment with Marduk in which he suggests the orbital cycle of Planet X (“Marduk”) is actually 3661 years and that it’s scheduled return date is indeed 2012. According to Eldem and Wikipedia, “3,661 is one-seventh of 25,627, which he believes is the total time span of “Five World Ages” according to the Mayan Long Count Calendar. The last orbital passage of Marduk, he adds, was in 1649 BC and caused great catastrophes on earth, including the Thera eruption. Sitchin has recently put forth his own date in the year 2085 for the next passage of Nibiru, but the date most talked about is 2012, which marks the end of the Maya calendar.”

In my recent post on 2012 I cited a USA Today article which stated, “On the winter solstice in 2012, the sun will be aligned with the center of the Milky Way for the first time in about 26,000 years. This means that ‘whatever energy typically streams to Earth from the center of the Milky Way will indeed be disrupted on 12/21/12 at 11:11 p.m. Universal Time,’[journalist Lawrence] Joseph writes.” Some believe this shift will affect our consciousness. For example, researcher David Wilcock remarks that at the end of each 25,920 year cycle there is a frequency or energetic shift, “the Earth and Solar System’s position relative to the Galactic Center has a penultimate effect upon the hyperdimensional physics of its systems. When we conjoin with the Galactic Center, a flood of energy is received – energy that fundamentally changes the vibratory rate of all bodies of matter in its vicinity.” He posits this would cause our consciousness to vibrate from the third dimension to the fourth.

Rumors swirl that the Vatican has a secret space probe called “Siloe” (which by the way is the name of a pool outside Jerusalem where Jesus gave a blind man his sight) used to monitor anomalous celestial bodies approaching the solar system via a secret telescope in Alaska. Researcher Cristoforo Barbaro claims a Vatican secret service insider gave him video of a rapidly approaching body, presumably this “Planet X”. Another rumor suggests that technologies such as chemtrails and HAARP could interfere with our ability to raise our consciousnesses, as the Powers-That-Be are perfectly aware of what’s coming and don’t want to lose their cattle; but this is another post. Still others claim global warming, the increase in frequency of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, and the sensation of ‘quickening’, including the debated increase in the Shumann resonance, is actually due to the approach of this rogue body.

The synchronicity found in all of these tidbits is startling, however there are still questions. If Cruttenden and others place us barely out of the ‘dark ages’ of the Kali yuga, or even still in it, how is it that yet others claim this amazing transformation is just around the corner? I’m also curious about any relationship between Planet X and a potential sister star; not only does the math work out, but it seems that binary star systems are actually quite common Out There. It’s hard to know for sure what is really going on – but rumors of Vatican involvement raise my eyebrows, as does the evidence of cyclical catastrophes from archeological records. There is enough to warrant further investigation; I feel there are some important puzzle pieces still missing. Everyone has their own interpretation – one would be hard pressed to read even just all the books out there on Planet X. We must listen to our spirits and pay attention when truth rings its bell, but also not panic or rush to judgment.

The Quickening

“Practice not-doing,

And everything will fall into place.” Tao Te Ching, #3

As the world hums along on its ever-quickening pace I often wonder, is time speeding up, or is it just me? No one disagrees that just in the last century our world, its economy, populations, and technologies have advanced at an increasing rate. How often to we take time to stop and smell the roses anymore? Multi-tasking has now become routine and many see idle time as wasteful or unproductive. This value is a relic of the Protestant work ethic; some say it’s what has made our country unique. Certainly it has fueled our leadership in many scientific and technological fields, though the decline of moral values and the increase in violence and fraud – including war - seem to be the dark side of this obsessive-compulsive tendency.

James Gleick wrote a book called Faster in which he describes the accelerated pace of everyday experience over the course of the ‘manic’ 20th century - from so-called ‘hurry sickness’ (waiting anxiety) to automatic appliances, express mail, speed-dialing, the internet, and a general increase in type-A personality flaws that cause people expect fast service and are rude or impatient when it’s not. Time is money, believes this over-worked society with busy schedules and demands for instant gratification. Our stress levels have increased to match this quickening pace and it’s making many of us sick. Future shock” and “information fatigue syndrome” are two terms created to describe this phenomenon.

But is time actually speeding up? Most people will tell you, it only seems that way as you get older, as each increment of our lives become ever smaller parts of an increasing whole. An hour seemed like an eternity when we were five; at fifty, it seems to go by in a flash. Or maybe it’s what we’re doing with that hour; waiting for a bus can seem eternal, but while having fun with friends, time seems to fly. One is reminded of Einstein’s theory of relativity; time passes slower the faster you travel. It doesn’t matter much to those of us without the opportunity to swing through space at the speed of light; however, it is known that our solar system itself is traveling through the galaxy at dizzying speeds, and that the universe appears to be expanding at an accelerating rate. Could this be influencing our world in ways we’ve not yet imagined?

Terrence McKenna admits, “It has become a cliché of modern parlance and journalism that time is speeding up, that history is moving faster and faster.” He suggests “we have entirely misunderstood the character of time”, and believes we are “…on a collision course with a temporal vortex of some sort…wrapping ourselves around a cosmic endpoint of some sort.” Montalk suggests there is a shift from 3D to 4D in which “linear time is giving way to nonlinear time…with a shift in priorities, trivialities fade into a repeating background pattern while spiritual events (leaps in awareness and maturity) increase in their frequency and novelty, both of which lead to the perception that time is speeding up for different reasons.” Others such as 2012 Unlimited suggest humanity is going through a shift in consciousness and that time is actually speeding up as we enter a new era. Some like Gregg Braden believe the Schumann resonance (like the Earth’s heartbeat) is increasing in frequency, causing us to experience the equivalent of 16 hours in a day instead of 24. Skeptics debate this view. Interesting to note the earth’s rotation is actually slowing down, causing scientists to add an extra “leap” second to our atomic clocks last year.

In response to this increasingly complicated and hurried way of life, some are making an effort to slow down. Wikipedia has a page on the Slow Movement, an attempt to slow down the pace and savor the good things in life. Check out slowdownnow.org, funded by ‘the international institute of not doing much.” Or how about the Slow Society, created as an alternative to the short-sightedness of a fast-paced society. I appreciate the sentiments – but what a shame we need to be reminded. As for myself, I continue to struggle with the expectations of this frantic world. For the first time in my life, this past year or two, I’ve had the luxury of staying at home, and I never hear the end of the questions, “what are you doing with your time? what do you do all day? what do you do to keep busy?” As if sitting on my porch enjoying the Hawaiian sunset isn’t enough. It’s tough to Surf the Tao in today’s world – but at least I have the words of Lao Tzu to comfort me. True wisdom seems foolish, remember.

Mind Control?

“The more we do to you, the less you seem to believe it.” –Joseph Mengele

Bruce Cathie is a former pilot who has written several books on field harmonics, including The Energy Grid (1990) and The Harmonic Conquest of Space (1998). He discovered a series of harmonic geometric equations which can cause reactions in space-time if put into practical application. He theorizes, as did Einstein and Tesla, that space-time manifests from the geometric harmonics of the wave motions of light, and stated, “we live in a reality of un-reality; all is an illusion, and the stuff that dreams are made of. Our physical world is nothing more than a resonating ball of light and shade.”

Cathie also mathematically showed the harmonic links of the human body to its natural environment, and speculated that people are ‘tuned in’ to varying degrees. Of the four frequencies of our brain’s electromagnetic wave pattern (Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Theta), he found that the Alpha frequency (awake, and relaxed) produces waves around 10.6 Hz. The “Shumann Resonance” is the wave guide which channels extra low frequency (ELF) waves around the Earth, and the average frequency of these waves is 10.6Hz. In other words, people are like walking radio transmitters, tuned into the environment to an extent of which we are probably unaware.

HAARP, the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is a series of transmitters designed to turn the aurora borealis into a virtual antenna. The public goals of this giant ionospheric heater are earth-penetrating topography and deep-sea communications. However, it uses ELF in the same frequency range as the human brain, and a supposed hidden agenda has been hotly debated.

In the 1970s it was discovered that Russia had been bombarding the US with its ‘Woodpecker’ signal. Newsman David Brinkley said on the air on July 18, 1981, “As I say I find it hard to believe, it is crazy and none of us here knows what to make of it: the Russian government is known to be trying to change human behavior by external electronic influences. We do know that much. And we know that some kind of Russian transmitter is bombarding this country with extremely low frequency radio waves.”

A 1982 US Air Force Review of Biotechnology stated, “…RFR [radio frequency radiation] experiments and the increasing understanding of the brain as an electrically-mediated organ suggests the serious probability that impressed electromagnetic fields can be disruptive to purposeful behavior and may be capable of directing and or interrogating such behavior…”

And of course there’s MK Ultra, a covert CIA operation uncovered during the Kennedy administration, which investigated the possibilities of modifying an individual’s behavior by covert means. There is so much more information out there I will only say further, how odd it all is when you begin to research it. And how very important it is that we do. How else can we be sure we are even acting with our free will? A great synopsis of such information can be found at http://www.wanttoknow.info/mindcontrollers10pg
