		<description>This is the third post I&#039;ve read on gratitude today. Something must  be in the air. It&#039;s great to see it though because from gratitude comes contentment and from contentment with what you have comes happiness, even when times are tough.

My gran used to say - be thankful for small mercies. The sun in the sky, the clothes on our back, the food in our bellies. As you say, we have so much to be grateful for even amongst the tormoil of the modern world.</description>
