There’s also the tragic twisters on the mainland US, a ‘dormant’ volcano in Chile suddenly awakens, and someone here on Hawaii thinks Mauna Loa might be firing up (hopefully that’s not true). And that’s just this month so far. Reports do indicate weather-related disasters are increasing exponentially.

Just stay alert, and try not to think about Yellowstone and all the bizarre midsection earthquakes recently.

• I understand the Northwest also suffered similar weather-related disasters last week, as did Australia. In Ireland, surfers defied unusually giant waves for the ride of a lifetime. And I’m crying hurriquake again in Fiji, which got hit with a cyclone and a 7.8 earthquake.

• Here’s a PDF article about HAARP and weather warfare, “Beware the US military’s experiments with climatic warfare”, warns the author. I’m also in the middle of Jerry Smith’s book Weather Warfare. It’s a doozy.

• Very interesting video of Ron Eglash, an ‘ethno-mathmetician’, discussing fractal patterns in African villages. I cited his work in my book as an example of possible evidence that we have been unconsciously processing fractals as a species for a very long time, and perhaps a renewed awareness might help us in our present consciousness-raising endeavors. Seriously – fractals are super-cool and have a lot to teach us about our reality.

• If you’re following the current economic crisis, you might like to read this recent article in Der Spiegel, “The Dollar Nosedive”. It explains a heck of a lot. Then read this article by Ron Paul, “The End of Dollar Hegemony” and you’ll understand why we need to be concerned when oil starts being traded in currencies other than dollars, as Venezuela has done and now Iran.

• In that spirit I wonder about articles like this one about creating alternative or regional currencies; kind of an interesting idea. Except, of course, when the ‘government’ steps in and confiscates all your gold and silver. The Liberty Dollar people are up in arms. I suppose that might hurt their plans for the Amero.

• Genetically modified insulin, anyone? How about a flu shot at the airport?

On Friday, Lorenzo blew the roofs off 2000 houses and drove tens of thousands of people from their homes in Mexico, killing three; in Finland, a spectacular “superbolide” meteor lit up the skies; and in the Mariana Islands, a 7.4 earthquake. Also on Friday bizarre weather in western New York, including hail, and a waterspout over downtown Buffalo. Two more large earthquakes today, another one in the Mariana Islands region of 7.1, and a 7.3 in the Auckland Islands, as Hurricane Melissa formed in the Atlantic.

Science Daily reported on Thursday, “Storm quickly grows into Hurricane Lorenzo: Hurricane Lorenzo, after growing from a tropical depression in less than a day, was headed towards Mexico late Thursday.” On September 29 The Roanoke Times reported, “Since Hurricane Humberto exploded rapidly and came ashore two weeks ago…Hurricane Lorenzo blew up with similar haste as Humberto on Thursday…” Reuters reported, “With Lorenzo, the 2007 Atlantic storm season has generated four hurricanes, including Humberto, which startled coastal residents of Texas and Louisiana this month by unexpectedly strengthening into a hurricane before landfall.”

The illness-causing “meteor” hit Peru September 15, a day after Hurricane Humberto “exploded”, and three days after an 8.4 earthquake rocked Indonesia. A list of this year’s hurricanes can be found here, big earthquakes here, and here’s a seismic monitor.

Global warming caused by fossil fuels…or maybe Planet X?…Weather wars or HAARP?…All of the above?…Or just, a coincidence?

• Controversy over the Federal ID has Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff warning that citizens in states who don’t ratify the act may have to have passports to travel domestically. Already the new passport rules for traveling to Canada have prompted a surge in new applications as well as a new rule; if you own back child support, good luck. Also the new passports are chipped.
• Quite a lot of talk online about the revelation that even the CIA and the Vatican edit certain pages on Wikipedia. Duh. The WikiScanner is now operational but one does wonder why they didn’t cover their tracks better.
• More changes at our Kilauea volcano as lava bench collapses.
• Previously unknown islands appear as ice melts rapidly in Arctic. Just keep it in mind when you hear news of the race (US, Canada, Russia, Denmark) to claim its resources.
• Wordpress users will pick up on the news that the popular blogging platform has been blocked in Turkey. That article contains a few tips on how to circumvent that if you are affected.

• The Yes Men caught my attention for their unusual, clever and successful antics. For one, they impersonated Halliburton at a global warming conference, introducing the “SurvivaBall” as a new way to survive catastrophe. People actually went for it!! These ballsy fellows also posed as Exxon officials at the Gas & Oil Exposition in Calgary and tried to suggest a new type of fuel, Vivoleum, made from the bodies of the millions of people who will die as a result of global climate change. Not so readily accepted but poignant in it’s own way.

• A new Executive Order now makes it illegal to interfere with the government’s policies in Iraq. Here is an article warning about a coming police state…duh. Pretty much a done deal by now.

• I read a lot and yet still have a very long wish list…Flatland is one, a novel of multi-dimensions written by Edwin A. Abbott in 1884, and I notice it’s being made into a film coming soon.

• Can’t stop thinking about the strange revelation, if it’s true, regarding the Chinese secret society openly warning the “Illuminati” against moving ahead with their depopulation plans. If you’ve done much research into weather modification and the possibility of weather wars, one begins to wonder if they are already afoot… Who knows; something to think about anyway.

• What do you think of Ron Paul? Been reading some of his articles lately; is he for real, or just another manipulation by the powers-that-be? I suppose it will be interesting to see how far he makes it, given that the present game would have us believe that he is not one of Them.

• It seems the Moebius Strip conundrum has finally been solved. Whew.

• Here’s something new…good news!

Voegelin used the term in reference to what he saw as a Gnostic influence on modern politics. He recognized various political movements, particularly communism and Nazism, were set forth by an elite group of people who believed they possessed special, secret knowledge and even attempted to ‘create heaven on earth’ – or immanent-ize the eschaton. A grab for power based on totalitarianism and social alienation, as he saw it.

End Times scenarios are scattered liberally across our cultural landscape. Are we simply reacting to a growing sense of unease in our Orwellian nightmare, or is our subconscious trying to tell us something? 2012 and the end of the Mayan calendar cycle has brought other prophecies, Earth-shattering weapons technologies and astronomical warnings to the forefront. I devote a chapter in my book to such concepts, because I find them all strangely synchronistic. Aside from galactic alignment, devastating solar flares and the possibility of Planet X making its swing by our solar system and hastening a polar shift, our own weapons technologies are perhaps among the scariest to fathom. From Tom Beardon’s Fer-de-Lance, “If significant scalar effects are produced on Earth in a ‘pulse’ mode…the coupled resonant response from the Sun could be disastrous. The simplest Doomsday simulation would be for a violent expulsion of solar electromagnetic energy and particles…In that case, the fiery destruction of the Earth, strongly indicative of Biblical prophecy, would result. Particularly sensitive are the resonances of Sun-Earth, Sun-Moon and Earth-Moon systems.” Interesting to note the recurrence of such a fiery doomsday in over a dozen books of the Bible, the Koran, Zoroastrian scripture, Native American prophecy, and others. If such weaponry were the cause of our ultimate destruction, I would say someone has indeed done a very good job immanentizing the eschaton. Tesla would be mortified.

And there are other prophecies to be aware of. Christian End Times prophecy predicts Israel becoming a nation again and Hebrew returning as a spoken language; we take this for granted now, but this might have seemed impossible to our grandparents in their youth. Another prophecy involves rebuilding Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem, which is tricky since the Temple Mount is currently occupied by the Muslim Dome of the Rock. But you can be sure, there are groups ready with the blueprints. Also the rise of a great peacemaker/Anti-Christ figure; popular nominees include Maitreya (and more recently, Jose Luis De Jesus Miranda) who will unite the world in one government and one religion. Back to Herr Voegelin and the Powers-That-Be; some point to certain US foreign and internal policies as being generated by the “New World Order”, the as-of-yet unrealized goal (?) of the world’s leading politicians and businessmen. I touch on this in my book too – make Machiavelli proud; manipulate the masses into misery and chaos, then offer to fix it. They’ll never know the difference. Fnord.

Lao Tzu wrote, “The master observes the world, but trusts his inner vision.” From my book, “Be aware of these forces, but never give in to fear. The battle is not fought in the outer world, but in our minds and spirits…Learn to create a new reality in harmony with the Tao. Just by changing our minds, we can change the world.” Whatever happens, this is the Way to peace. It’s Surfing the Tao. Immanentize the Eschaton? Bring it on, I’m ready!

The End of the World As We Knew It

The world we knew ended long ago.

Didn’t we know a place of peace before?

Perhaps it was only a dream.

Our planet suffers now

Not World War III.

Not a giant asteroid.

Not another ice age.

Not the anti-Christ.

Not the Battle of Armageddon.

This is the beginning of the world as we knew it.

Last year a Weather Modification bill was presented to Congress (March 3. 2005, S. 517, H. 2995) whose purpose is stated as, “It is the purpose of this Act to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather modification research and development.”

The Weather Modification Association, which supports this bill, was organized in 1950 “to cultivate a better understanding of weather modification techniques, impacts, and expectations among program sponsors, program operators, and the scientific community, and to promote ethical professional conduct and a free exchange of information. Weather modification can be both planned, as is the case in cloud seeding (cloud modification), or inadvertent, for example, when pollution affects visibility. Planned (deliberate) weather modification is also commonly known cloud seeding, cloud modification, and atmospheric water management.” This association’s stated goals are, “Promoting research, development and understanding of weather modification for beneficial uses.”

Other groups are protesting this bill, trying to stop experimental weather modification without agricultural and public oversight. Global Research reported that this bill is on the fast track, and that it, “would allow experimental weather modification by artificial methods and implement a national weather modification policy, [but] does not include agriculture or public oversight.”

Rosalind Peterson has worked as an agricultural technologist and for the USDA Farm Service. In 1995 she became a certified USDA Farm Service Agency Crop Loss Adjustor. She claims that this bill could adversely impact crops and water supplies, because “if the weather is changed in one state, region or county it may have severe consequences in another region, state or county. Also, since most weather modification programs use chemicals released into the atmosphere the public could be subjected [to] increasingly toxic or unknown substances that could adversely impact agricultural crops and trees.” She notes that trimethyl aluminum and barium are just two of such chemicals used in recent atmospheric heating and testing programs, according to NASA. Further she writes, “the Alaska HAARP atmospheric heating program may have the capability of changing the jet stream which could also change our weather.”

HAARP, or High Active Auroral Radio Program, is a series of transmitters of sufficient signal strength designed to turn the aurora borealis into a virtual antenna. Essentially it is a giant ionospheric heater, erected for a number of purposes. Publicly its goals are earth penetrating topography and deep sea communications. But its executive summary states, “In 2025 the U.S. aerospace forces can ‘own the weather’…weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom…”

Scientific American has reported on weather modification. Discovery News reported that 2005 was a weird year for tornadoes. Another article from NASA wonders why when hurricanes are typically known to lack lightning, the record-setting hurricanes of 2005 (Rita, Katrina and Emily) had a lot of it. One needs only do a search on “weather modification weapons” to find dozens of sites discussing this horrifying topic. Do some research on scalar weapons for information on developments in this field. Tom Beardon is an expert in this field, and he states, “I guess the first thing to try to comprehend is that a “new” kind of electromagnetic (EM) wave has been discovered in the empty vacuum of space which, when engineered, can be an inexhaustible supply of energy in great magnitude at any place in the universe. The word ‘new’ is in quotes because the discovery really goes back to Nikola Tesla and his discovery of what he called ‘radiant energy.’ It is also not ‘new’ because the Russians (KGB) have been working on this technology for over 30 years and have weaponized these ‘new’ longitudinal scalar waves to a great degree. These are the weapons Nikita Khrushchev spoke of in January, 1960.”

“By 1957-8 the Soviets had progressed to the point of a giant scalar EM accident in the Urals which exploded nearby atomic wastes, devastating the area. They had also progressed to development of great new superweapons using their new energetics – weapons to which Khrushchev referred in 1960 when he informed the Soviet Presidium of a new, fantastic weapon in development, a weapon so powerful that it could wipe out all life on earth if unrestrainedly employed.’” (Tom Bearden ) After over 30 years of development, and extensive testing around the globe, these new scalar electromagnetic weapons are up and running and ready to go. Bearden, at his website Cheniere, dicusses the history of these new scalar electromagnetic weapons in his paper “Historical Background of Scalar EM Weapons.

Another very interesting article, entitled, “Weather Modification of a Long-Established, Though Secretive, Reality” argues, “the new legislation [is] not designed to foster pleasant or productive weather, but planned as a tool of weaponized weather control, already well tested and in use since 1976. Amateur and hostile weather-makers alike likely lose their technology to the military.”

Going back to Secretary Cohen’s remarks in 1997, perhaps we as a country might be well advised to take a closer look at what is really going on with our weather. Global warming? Or weather wars? The truth could be frightening, but increased awareness might help alleviate an even greater fear should the worst possible scenario arrive for you and your community in the future.
